Statement regarding support for XP
MS have released a statement regarding support for the aging os which now looks like it will continue until 2014 although it's still set to be phased out in June (now)...More here:

As for XP.. I guess there will still be machines needing to use this os for a while so I think it's good that ms have decided to support it for a while longer..
