| Windows Vista Password Security Hi all,
I have installed Windows Vista Beta 2 successfully on a Dell GX 620 P4 machine. When configuring the machine, I created a user name admin and a simple 8 letterword password, matching to my domain username password.
Now if I want to change the admin password using the Ctrl+ALT+Del, change password utility, and entering a strong 8 - 10 alphanumeric password, Vista keeps showing the error message "Unable to update the password. The value provided for the new password does not meet the length complexity, or history requirements of the domain.â€
I dont know if anyone has come across this, if you have please share the workaround.
This could be a Vista Bug, please share your findings.
