MCE in RC1 build 5728 problem

Hi all ive had RC1 on for a week or so now and ive been tryin to get MCE to work right. The problem is that when i got to set my TV MCE says the TV signal cannot be configure because no tuner hard ware is installed. O and i have the Giga pocket Mpeg2 Realtime Encoder/Decoder board with the TVTuner thanks for any help you guys can give me
