Registry error at user enter

Hello everyone,

I am having a trouble at vista log in. When the log in user srceen apears, to enter in Vista i get an registry error message and cant get into windows. I tried to repair windows through win cd but nothing. Tried to login in safe mode but nothing there either. Anyone has a tip on what could i do. I want to avoid format and re-installing vista.
