screensaver and sleep NOT working after change monitor

I bought a cheap 22" AOC LCD monitor to replace my polyview 19" LCD and was surprised to find my screensaver does not activate or the PC go into sleep/stand-by mode as before..

Screensavers work in preview...

Power settings still the same..

Anyone had this problem when changing a LCD monitor?

I was looking just recently into FRG.com. It's an online computer and electronics repair guide. (They have manuals for AOC LCD's) Another possible is Circuit City, If you walk in when a tech's around they can give you some awesome solutions. Stay tuned, maybe we'll come up with something.
