Ok, so I installed Vista Ultimate a few days ago on my computer, so far I have been very pleased with my decision. I had a few issues but where resolved. This problem isn't major, but I would like to know why this happened. When I click on Rate My Computer, it says the Assessment was cancelled by user.

After googling it it said to delete all files in Windows/Performance/Winsat/Datastore

When I went to Performance folder, it was completely empty. I added WinSat and Datastore folders, but I think there are still files missing for me to run this.

Any ideas?
