Device Manager is not responsing ! ..

Hello all ..
Today I have formatted my Pc and re-install fresh Windows Vista Ultimate .. after I finished installing everthing (Patches,Programs .. etc) ..

I got 1 problem which is :
When I press right click (mouse) on my computer then choosing (Properties) .. Then when I press Device Manager .. nothing happened ! and not responding ! ..

But when I typed in run :
devmgmt.msc

It works ! ..

Can anyone help me please ?
