Aloha,

My cursor has been acting up. Some of the symptoms are:
1. Cursor will run from left to right (while in a text box)
2. When pointing the arrow (cursor) on a radio button, all radio buttons will flicker
3. Hitting the send or cancel button will not always work (flickering again)
4. Mousing over any item in the start menu---I encounter the flicker and then other items within the start menu will highlight and flicker (all while I'm still moused over the first item)

Any idea on what is going on?

Also, a Restart will help for a while then it progressively gets worse.

I just performed a "clean" install of Vista and this problem was happing on my previous OS Win XP MCE.
