 Vista Windows wallpaper problem I have a Compaq laptop with Windows Vista Home Basic operating system. I use personal pictures as my wallpaper and one day it went black. I did have a spyware named "Spy Shredder". Since then I cannot change my wallpaper, I do not have sound, and my system is slow. I did remove the spyware and clean my registry with PC Tools products. Can anyone help?  |

| Is there an option to reset to factory defaults? There usually is with laptops, otherwise try re-installing fresh drivers.
