Hi!! I'm not EXACTLY SURE what you want to rotate so I'll take a shot in the dark. I think you'll need some software. If you want something for free, there's the "TIF Image Builder 1.0 Vista"TIF Image Builder Free Download - Convert BMP, GIF, PNG, JPG/JPEG, ICO, TIF EXIF, WMF, EMF to TIF file. There is a program called "Flashturning 3D Rotate 1.0", which might be useful...that's not free. (http://www.download32.com/gui-builder-software.html)

I forgot to mention "GIMP" 2.4.4" freeware. I have this on my own computer..... GIMP 2.4.4 freeware - Graphics, Design & Multimedia - Image & Picture Editors - Freeware Download Box Very valuable stuff!
