Judge Allows "Windows Vista Capable" Suit to Proceed (GigaLaw.com)

Two computer buyers who claim Microsoft Corp.'s marketing of Windows XP machines as "Windows Vista Capable" was misleading can proceed with a lawsuit against the software maker, a federal judge has ruled.
