I want to set up an IP block from a bunch of blocklists for my Internet security. I can't do this, even with Windows Firewall with Advanced Security in Administrative Options. This is pissing me off. As far as I can tell, Windows Firewall requires you to put in an entry for each IP range and does not let you import any IP blocklists in any format. Forget about PeerGuardian2 or ProtoWall. Neither of these work properly in Windows Vista 64-bit due to Microsoft's stringent driver signing requirements. A $500 a year license to Microsoft certify every driver for Windows Vista 64.

So how do I block thousands of IP addresses from inbound traffic under Windows Vista using the Windows Firewall? There doesn't seem to be a way at all. Does anyone know how? I thought this was supposed to be more secure than Windows XP? PeerGuardian2 works in Windows XP.
