My system is otherwise stable, except with I am playing a DVD and also running a graphics intensive app. I have a dual monitor setup and I like to play a game and have a DVD running on my other monitor.

Within about an hour, the system will freeze and I have to hard re-boot it.

Any ideas?

I've tried everything, updated everything, swapped the DVD drive, swapped out the sound card, etc...

I have a biostar 7050pv chipset with hdmi onboard, and it works fine on live tv and other items. But it locked up on me when paying a DVD. Is DVD playback in Media Center Mode take that much resources.
