Dual Boot Question
Hi there. I've just downloaded Vista RC1, and was looking to install as a second operating system to XP Pro. I have 3 physical hard drives in my computer.

Disk 1 is drive C:, E:, and F:
Disk 2 is drive G:
Disk 3 is drive H:

Now, windows is of course on C:.. I'm just wondering if it's best to install Vista on the same physical drive (E or F) or on a seperate drive entirely, or does it just not make a difference at all... if one is preferable, I'd appreciate some advice....

Thanks in advance.

Raymond Zachary will become famous soon enough
I installed on a separate drive simply for the insurance of isolating conflicts physically. If anything bad did happen, you would never be risking your existing XP installation The dual boot environment works the same either way.

Use a Second Drive
I am using Vista Ultimate RTM and would recommend a second physical drive. You data is safer--even though Vista will modify the boot--and you definately have the drives.
