mobile phone connectivity in vista?

Does anybody know what kind of "extra" connectivity with mobile phones vista is going to have? This site says it's something great but doesn't give any specifics

if u remember, 98 didnt have native support for webcams just as xp doesnt have for phones. motorola cellphone owners buy software from motorola to update phone contacts,pics,ringtones, et al.. native support would be nice.
