I've tried using Windows Media Extenders, Now all I need is an HDTV!!! See the DEMO on this site, under "Connect Your Home With Extenders For Windows Media Center" http://microsoft.com/windows/product.../extender.mspx Cool....

How is the XBOX with game playing? Is the linked idea a better idea than just playing it on the computer?

I' really like it, but then so do my kids. I' like it better than PC games, I' do have some games on pc but, usually I'l go to the xbox unless the kids are using it.

I carry too many programs, an Xbox would take some of the stress off.

Don't get me wrong, Xboxes do have a place in this world and yes I have used them but prefer gaming on pc.
