Ive just found out that you can actually create windows vista sidebar widgets or gadgets whatever you want to call them. Has anyone done this yet im interested in doing it if it aint too hard. You can create almost anything from what ive read very interesting stuff. Aparently you need to know basic html. But there are step by step applications out there from this article. Home

The only book I've ever seen in print is called " Windows Vista Sidebar: Your visual blue print for developing cool gadgets for Windows OS (Visual Blue Print) by Dave K. As I understand it wasn't rated the best, but at the time there wasn't much choice. If there is anything going on other than your article, it might been hunted for in Vista123.net.com. They specialize in loads of customization topics. There is a member of our group that makes his own Vista Game Icons (kchamp- junior member) He has his own site: Vista Game Icons.
