When I visit a forum I usually choose the 'New Posts' option to see what people have been talking about since I last visited. On this site, News has a forum that is very active (at least in new topics), but mostly contains duplicate posts. If I try the 'New Posts' feature, I just get hundreds of links to the three latest news stories on the web. Is their any way you can at least filter the news forum from the 'New Posts' feature? If not, you may want to reconsider how that forum is handled, not sure how much value added you are getting from it right now...

You bring up a good point. I'll see if we can put in some filters for that.

This problem has been fixed. When searching the forums the news forum will also be excluded by default.
