Sure thing, I typed in the wrong address with the financial site. I am not speaking so much to you make, because you see, I have found this is a thing on the internet. I also run a forum in Ukranian, but when I see there are helpful links in the site for my users, I do not delete.
If it is something about ringtones and viagra, then I delete. But, I do not think it is helpful to my site or my users if a person cannot tell people about a site which is making sense to them.
It would be like if we both were in a room full of Ukranians and Estonians, (75% Ukraine), and you were in the organization of the meeting, but you wouldn't want me to give another Ukranian my phone number because then every other Ukranian there would have to be allowed to give to other Ukranians their phone number, and you are Estonian in a room full of Ukranians, and you don't want Ukranians to have each other phone numbers.
Do you understand? Not everyone is out to get you, and not only that but I am also giving to you links? Your site does not have that much information, but I am sure that you will get some hits in from my search engine, and more when they launch vista.
