| Re: Vista and Nasa tv Hope that works because if not, I have a few other things we can try. Some one fixed their streaming video problem with this: (He kept getting the message: page cannot be found- Media Player) This is it-- In the control panel>Internet options>connections>LAN settings be sure Auto detect (proxy) settings is checked -OR- In Internet Explorer>tools>Internet options>connections>LAN settings be sure Auto detect (proxy) settings is checked. There is also an interesting discussion listed in the Internet as: WAN/NAS to stream video-Notebook Forums and Laptop Discussion 12-31-07 (Unfortunately, I have come to realize that in Vista, we are ultimately responsible for speed. The more I look at Vista, the more I think Bill Gates has some secret plan to turn ordinary people into computer programmers. If you think I'm wrong, take a look at Windows Vista Inside and Out. Most people aren't prepared, it's like taking a course on Computer Science)
