Windows Vista: Windows Explorer Stops Working when accessing the control panel
I just recently upgraded from XP Home edition to Windows Vista Home Premium edition. Everything seems to be going ok with the exception of the following problem:

When trying to access the Control Panel through the start menu, I receive this error: Windows Explorer Stopped Responding. I've tried searching for a solution, but nothing happens and I also tried to restart it... again, nothing happens.

I've done several things to try to correct the problem including virus scan, and firewall settings. I even updated my Intel Chipset. Can anyone help me?
