Many of our most active users come from searching on a problem that has been discussed here at the forums. On-going efforts will always be made to make the forum as usable as possible. There are quite a few good posts, but any forum site depends on the integrity of its members. If someone comes around to get an answer to their problem, and never shows up again to help anyone else, that is simply the drawback of running a support oriented site. |
