Hi! Have you had an outside scan for a Virus or Trojan ? Maybe it is something simple, a corrupted registry file. You can boot the PC in-safe mode, log in as administrator and create a new user with appropriate rights. If successful, copy the pre-existing profile data to a new account. Maybe that will work...
