*Greetings. I use a tabletop HP Pavilion Slimline with Windows Vista pre-installed. It came with Windows Vista Home Premium.
My concern is with my inability to Download and/or Install
the Servive Pack 1 upgrade which was made available by Microsoft
on March 18, 2008.
*I have had Tech Support (Level 2) from Microsoft (in India) work on my PC (remotely accessed) for several hours - without success.
Can anyone advise me on where to go to solve this problem?
*Here's the error message I keep getting when following the (useless) recommended routines:

"An internal error occurred while installing the service pack.
Error code: 0x80070002. See
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=1-1139 for details."

*Can anyone advise me on this Service Pack 1?
