Very interesting article!
I suppose there are two ways of looking at this gesture.
For one you have to applaud what appears to be a generous offer of help & support for 12 months
On the other you have to think why should Microsoft need to make such a generous concession. In other words, is there a doubt in their own minds regarding SP1 being "customer friendly" or even is it a "damage limitation exercise" for Vista????????
Anyone else have any thoughts????????
